Job Description

  • Banking :
  • Managing the banking relation for the company
  • Preparing/Co-ordinating with banks for existing/raising new limits, both fund based and non fund based requirements of the company locally and internationally (CCs, LCs , BGs , TLs , etc.)
  • Monitoring the daily cash flow to maintain a balance or invest surpluses for daily requirement
  • Holding and participating working capital meetings to track and understand the debtors in various territories / regions
  • FOREX :
  • Actively tracking the currency (USD , AED, OMR and SGD)
  • Booking forward contracts
  • Preparation of MIS
  • Co-ordinating with companys forex consultants
  • RBI related compliances certification related to forex dealings
  • Preparation and submission of FDI return

  • Compliance :
  • Co-ordinating with the AD (authorized dealers banks) for completing the RBI compliance formalities with respect to foreign branches and subsidiaries ( filing form ODI, APR,etc.)
  • Co-ordinating with respective teams for completing compliance requirements for subsidiaries and branches

  • Audit and accounting :
  • Co-ordinating with Statutory and internal auditors for their requirement
  • Monitoring and ensuring accuracy of the bank reconciliation for INR and forex bank accounts
  • Implementation and regular documentation for forex hedges

  • Fund management:

  • Conducting working capital meeting for review of receivables with various teams
  • Actively monitoring global cash flow to enable surplus to be remitted to India
  • Reviewing the investible surplus available locally
  • Reviewing the returns and class of investments as per board policy and making investments accordingly as per surplus available
  • Co-ordinating the funding requirements for various teams
  • Cash flow management, actively working with business finance

  • Preparing/Co-ordinating with various departments for the provision of information to rating agencies for sanctioned bank limits
  • Corporate Finance Projection and reviewing cash management

Required Candidate profile

Qualified MBA(Finance)/CA graduate with minimum 10 years of experience and working knowledge of SAP
