Job Description

Work Location : Deonar - Mumbai

Experience & Skill set : 10 to 12 years in handling Accounting, Taxation, Banking Activities

Roles & Responsibilities :

Accounting:
  • Day to day accounting and maintain of books of accounts.
  • Checking and Processing of employee expense reimbursement.
  • Checking and Processing of Contractors, sub-contractors and vendors bills entry in SAP Passing of Sale, Purchase, Debit Note, Credit Note, Journal entries etc.
  • Preparing payment and ensuring supporting documents and appropriate authorization have been provided for payments.
  • Reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors accounts.
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Preparation of MIS
  • Ensuring follow up of SOP / internal financial control in activities.

Banking:
  • Preparation of cash flow requirements & handling petty cash requirements.
  • Updating bank entries and dealing with bank.

Taxation:
  • Having a good understanding on Individual (Employees) taxation& TDS on other than employee.
  • Knowledge of GST & its return filing.

IT Skills:
  • Exposure under SAP environment is desirable.

Salary: INR 6,00,000 - 10,00,000 PA.
