Roles and Responsibilities

Role: Talent Engagement Specialist
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad


  • To manage employee life cycle events from entry to exit effectively.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee life cycle events (Probation /Confirmation /Transfers /Deputation /Separation)
  • Assist with payroll processing by collation of Attendance and Leave inputs and related earnings and deductions
  • Upkeep of data in HRMIS with accuracy
  • Prepare HR MIS on a monthly basis
  • Maintain employee files and records
  • Handle employee queries/grievance and provide solutions as per SLA’s
  • Assist in implementation of human resource policies and processes
  • Provide impactful employee experiences through effective communications and internal events or engagements
  • Adherence to Internal Audit Controls
Qualification & Experience
  • Should be graduate/postgraduate in HR
  • Minimum 2-3yrs of prior experience in Talent Engagement
  • Experience in working on HRMIS systems
  • Should have verbal and written skills
